CARE OF SILVER.
REAL SILVER. REAL CHARACTER.
Silver lives. It changes, it breathes, it only gets more beautiful over time.
PALM. Jewelry is made of real 925 sterling silver, a precious metal that never fades, but does deserve attention.
Here you can read how to maintain it, clean it and keep its shine.

WHAT MAKES 925 STERLING SILVER UNIQUE.
All our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. That means 92.5% is pure silver, supplemented with a small share of copper for strength.
Pure silver is too soft to wear every day. 925 silver offers the perfect balance between purity and strength.
Over time silver can get slightly darker. That is called oxidation, a natural reaction with oxygen. It is not wear, but a sign of real silver.
A gentle polish with our included silver cloth easily brings back the original shine.
HOW TO BEST CARE FOR YOUR SILVER JEWELRY.
Wear your jewelry with confidence, but also with care. Avoid contact with seawater, perfume and cleaning products.
Wear it often, silver stays shinier when it is worn.
Clean it now and then with a soft cloth or a suitable silver polish. With every order you get a free polishing cloth with silver polish from us, developed especially to keep your PALM. jewelry at its original shine.
Want to clean your silver extra deeply. Then you can also clean it with baking powder (baking soda):
Put a piece of aluminum foil in a bowl, place your jewelry on top, add hot water and a little baking soda, and let it fizz for a few minutes.
Rinse with clean water and dry carefully with a soft cloth. This removes oxidation in a natural way, without affecting the silver.
Silver is not meant to stay perfect. It is meant to gain character. Just like you.
