What our warranty covers
We fully stand behind the quality of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. And we do it in a way that’s fair for both you and us.
What’s covered
• Manufacturing defects within the first year
• Construction issues or weak links
• Poor craftsmanship that comes loose under normal use
What’s not covered
• Normal wear and tear like scratches, discoloration, or minor deformation
• Damage caused by drops, impacts, water, or improper use
• Repairs or alterations done by anyone other than us
• Loss or theft
• Metal fatigue from heavy or prolonged wear
One free replacement in the first year
If something breaks due to a production fault within the first year, we’ll take care of it
You’ll get one free replacement of the same or a similar piece of jewelry
Conditions
• You only pay for the return shipping to us
• We cover the shipping of the new item back to you
• This arrangement applies once per order
After the first year
After the first year, damage is no longer covered under warranty
But don’t worry — we’ve got your back
For €29.90, we’ll provide a proper repair
This price includes return shipping to you
The total turnaround time is around 8 to 10 weeks, as our smith is based in Bali
