Is exchanging free?
Yes, exchanges are free in the Netherlands and Belgium . We'll send you a new 925 silver piece of jewelry free of charge once we've received the original item. Outside the Netherlands and Belgium, you'll be responsible for any exchange fees.
Are returns free?
In most cases, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless you received the wrong or damaged item. In that case, we'll resolve it for you free of charge.
I received a damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?
Please report this within 24 hours of receipt via [ support@palmjewelry.com ] and include clear photos of the item and packaging. If it's correct, we'll immediately send you a new piece of jewelry or offer a suitable solution.
