About this piece

The Umbra Ring is made from solid 925 sterling silver: a 6 mm band with a diagonal texture cut by hand. Set into the band is one black onyx, recessed. The ring is lightly oxidised so the lines read dark.

Minimal, with a slight wave you only notice once it's on your hand. Wear it on its own or next to the Twin Ring. Not sure about your size? Check the size chart.

It's the most minimal thing we've made.

The Umbra started as a sketch. We drew several, and this is one of the first. You can already see what we were after: one onyx in a silver band, nothing else. Then the silver goes through our hands. We cut every line by hand, and you feel that when you wear it. That's why no ring is quite the same as the last one.
