Incorrect delivery information?
- Please check your address carefully when placing your order. Did you accidentally enter the wrong address? Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the shipment once it is in transit. In that case, the package will be returned to our warehouse, which can take approximately two weeks. Once we receive your package, we will contact you by email to confirm an updated address. Please note that reshipping fees will apply, depending on the destination country. After payment is received, your package will be reshipped to the correct address. To avoid delays, please check your address thoroughly during checkout and on your order confirmation.
